2. Service Booking and Confirmation

All service bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or verified contact numbers.

A booking is considered confirmed only after our team verifies and schedules the appointment.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (technician unavailability, weather, etc.).

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices mentioned on our website or shared via quotation are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments can be made via UPI, online transfer, or cash upon completion.

Advance payment (if applicable) confirms booking; the remaining balance must be cleared after job completion.

In case of any payment failure, service execution may be delayed or cancelled.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel bookings up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.

Cancellations made within 12 hours may attract a nominal cancellation fee.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Service Warranty

Some services may include a limited service warranty period, depending on the nature of work.

Warranty covers only workmanship issues, not damage caused by misuse or external factors.

Details of warranty eligibility will be mentioned at the time of service booking.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about the problem and property before service begins.

Keep valuables safe — TrueValue Services is not liable for any loss unrelated to our work.

TrueValue Services will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or accidental damages arising during or after the service.

Our liability is limited only to the amount paid for the specific service.
